How can I move from the apartment to the coworking space?
Valencia is a flat city, with bike lanes and different public transport options. From your apartment to the coworking space you can go on foot, by bike, by scooter, by bus, by metro, by tram, by taxi, or by shared electric vehicle.
What is the step by step to make a reservation in Coliving Valencia?
- Fill in the form through our website www.colivingvalencia.com, accept the legal terms and conditions and click on send. According to the availability of apartments, our team will contact you as soon as possible providing different budget options.
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to make the payment of 20% of the total budget.
Our partner Singular Stays will send an email within 72 hours with the online check-in that must be filled out.
Ten days before your arrival, you will receive an invoice to pay the remaining 80% of the reservation and a deposit of €300 that will be refunded at the end of your stay if there is no damage to your apartment. You also have the option of a full refund 10 days before your arrival date.
Once the 100% payment has been completed with the deposit, and you have checked-in online, you will receive instructions for access to your apartment on the day of your arrival. This is our procedure for the security and privacy reasons of other colivers.

How are the apartments equipped?
The apartments are equipped with the basic utensils and appliances of a house (hairdryer, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, etc.) as well as towels and sheets.
Where can I leave my luggage if I arrive before check-in time and cannot do an early check-in?
Colivers can leave their luggage at the office of our apartment partner Singular Stays. The address is Pasaje Giner 2 in Plaza de la Reina 9. The opening hours of the Singular Stays office are Mon-Fri from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The coliver has to inform about his name and the name of the apartment he has rented. It is also possible to leave your luggage at the reception of one of the two Wayco spaces. Wayco Ruzafa’s opening hours are Mon-Fri from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Wayco Abastos opening hours are Mon-Fri from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and closed on Saturdays.
Can I book my stay at Coliving Valencia month by month?
very month you can renew and pay for your reservation, but you have to pay attention to the availability of the apartment. If you want to guarantee a longer stay at Coliving Valencia, you have to pay the full value at the beginning of your stay to guarantee the reservation.
Where can I park my car?
In Valencia there are several parking options, but you can also park your car in the blue zone of the city.
We recommend the PARKIA car park, which is a 5-minute walk from the Lander Ruzafa building, our main Coliving Valencia building. PARKIA address is: Avinguda del Doctor Waksman, 46006 Valencia.

What are the opening hours of the coworking spaces?
Wayco Ruzafa is Mon-Fri from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The opening hours of Wayco Abastos are from Mon-Fri from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and closed on Saturdays.
On Sundays and national holidays Wayco will be closed.
Will I have access to both coworking spaces or do I have to choose one?
You will have unlimited access to the two coworking spaces in the flex zone.
How can I find out about the activities of the wayCO community?
At the beginning of each month you will receive an email with the agenda of activities for the community. We also have a billboard in each of the coworking spaces so you don’t miss a thing.

What services can I use in the coworking spaces?
You can use the flex area unlimitedly, the common areas and the cafeteria. You will also have at your disposal the telephone booths and 2 hours of small meeting rooms per week with prior reservation and according to availability. In the first days of your arrival at the coworking, our community builder will contact you to do the onboarding and answer all your questions about the operation of the coworking and the activities for the community.
